Siren's modern interpretation of an English Stock Ale, devised in collaboration with Bristolian stalwarts Wiper & True. Refermentation in barrels with brettanomyces has helped to develop a beer delightfully akin to Torrontes with aromatic white grape, florals, caramel. The palate is more robust, earthy and warming with plenty of room to liven up dumplings, pies and more hearty fare.
