Crickley Hill comes from DEYAs increasingly innovative mixed-fermentation arm, using wild cultures of yeast and bacteria for more adventurous and deeper flavour. This wheat mixed ferm ale, aged in oak barrels for a year, was then refermented on organic Worcester strawberries for four weeks. Gentle acidity, bright strawberry aroma and delicate character make this a great summer sipper for a picnic.
