Yonder Loop Raspberry & Sweet Cicely 375ml Somerset

The Loop series is very much Yonder's flagship beer. Fermented with a blend of mixed cultures, aged in oak barrels and blended with a medley of foraged and locally sourced ingredients, it encapsulates everything they do in one beer. This variation features tart and fragrant British raspberries and a sweet anise note of foraged Sweet Cicely, a herb traditionally used to sweeten preserves made with sour fruits. 10% of the blend is carried over each year in a solera system similar to sherry, adding additional and alluring complexity. It is bright and high toned in raspberry richness. Tart sherbet mixes with earthy, brambley, coastal scrubs to create an incredibly refreshing beer.
