Laurent Tribut Chablis 2021 Burgundy

The Tribut family have got it spot on here, which is hardly a surprise given that they learned at the feet of the master, Vincent Davuissat. On the nose some bright apple, straw and a touch of set honey, then clear citrus notes with hints of earth and a lovely mineral lift. Intense and round, yet fresh and precise, this is a traditional Chablis, vinified in old wood, giving a more savoury dimension than modern styles.
