Ramonet Bouzeron Aligote 2020 Burgundy

The aligote grape in the hands of a top producer is a thing of beauty, and a million miles away from the mean, green dry white washed down with a dose of cassis. From vines planted in the 1950s and 60s, this is the Cote's answer to Chablis thanks to its mineral, stony profile and taut fruit character. Would be perfect for simply prepared delicate white fish or oysters.
