Alice and Oliver de Moor have forged an excellent reputation for high quality organically certified wines for 10 years. With low yields, manual harvests and very little sulphur used, they show great care in their treatment of the land. This cuvee is made from organic fruit, sourced from friends across France, including riesling from Alsace and sauvignon, chardonnay and aligote from organically certified vineyards.
