Sugrue South Downs Cuvee Boz 2015 Sussex

A blanc de blancs and therefore made entirely from chardonnay, this was made with purchased fruit in 2015, from Jenkyn Place in Hampshire. Made in stainless steel and allowed to go through its secondary fermentation, this is all lemon sorbet, macadamia and icing sugar with a cushiony texture offset by bright acidity and real concentration.
