Metic Carmenere 2021 Colchagua Chile

From old, organically farmed vineyards in Colchagua, this is a great example of the new wave of Chilean wines. This still has the generous fruit that they do so well, but there's more spice, shape and freshness to the wine, which interweaves flavours of tea leaves, oregano and dark fruit.
