The Daimond Fields vineyard is a south-facing plot in Sussex (a necessity in such a cool climate) of sandy clay soils with vines that have been farmed organically since they were planted in 2000. This is an earthy, peppery pinot, with charming crunchy redcurrants and enough tannin to add some structure. Only 2,024 bottles produces, so grab one while you can!
