Sesti Phenomena Brunello di Montalcino Riserva 2013 Tuscany

Aged for over four years in large oak casks, and then for a further year in bottle, Phenomena is the top wine from the Castello di Argiano/Sesti estate, being bottled only in exceptional vintages and in line with the lunar cycles. Unfined, unfiltered and made according to low-intervention and biodynamic principles, this is an explosive, powerful Brunello with intense leather, nutmeg and tapenade flavours and mouthfilling tannins. We suggest decanting for a couple of hours and drinking with osso bucco or a Fiorentina steak.
