Perez El Muelle 2021 Jerez

Part of the new wave of dry, unfortified wines coming out of Jerez, this is a great example of what palomino fino can do when sourced from quality vineyards and handled delicately in the winery. Willi Perez has coaxed juicy notes of peach and pear out of the grapes, alongside the trademark salinity of this coastal terroir.
