Remote Limoux combines the warmth of the Languedoc with the vestiges of Atlantic breezes coming east over the Haut Pays. By blending chardonnay, chenin blanc and local speciality mauzac together, the Laurens estate has produced a great example of a traditional method cremant with lots of freshness, a chalky minerality and vibrant, apply fruit.
