This is the current release of this wine, which is always given 4-5 years bottle age before hitting the market, which is something we wish was more often the case with its inspiration, red Bordeaux. A utterly convincing take on this style, this shows inegrated clove, toast and roast meat characters alongside grainy, earthy black fruit, fine grained tannins and peppery spice.
