Tyrrell's Hunter Valley Semillon 2021 Australia

A great introduction to this distinctly Australian white from the master, Bruce Tyrrell. Expect delicate blossom, green apple, pear, but in a tight, steely, rapier-like package that really carves its way through the palate. Ultra-refreshing and relatively low in alcohol, this is almost like a dry riesling in shape and style.
