A single barrel of Egremont Russet cider, matured in ex-Burgundy chardonnay cask, that was set aside for its exceptional quality in the 2021 season. The most wine-like cider we have yet come across, with exceptional aromas of hazelnut, fine oak toast, white peach and nectarine fruit alongside classic green and red apple from the single varietal Egremont Russet apples.
