Guy Allion Sauvignon de Touraine 2022

To our taste, too many of the Loire's simple, entry level sauvignons have been messed about with to make them taste more and more like Oyster Bay. Not this one, which is a restrained, citrussy sauvignon made in the classic French style with the focus on freshness and understatement rather than juicily ripe fruit.
