Cathartic Wines Neuks n Crannies 2021 Roussillon

A deliciously rich white that captured our attention immediately. Bursting with ripe flavours of peach, buttery olive and a touch of honey on a rich, oily palate, this sees only old oak and the vineyards are currently under organic conversion. It is a blend of rousanne and grenache gris. We rather fancy it alongside something involving butternut squash.
