Guffens Heynen Macon Pierreclos 1er Jus de Chavigne 2019 Burgundy

In the spirit of confusion when tackling the names of villages, 1er crus and grand crus in Burgundy, this estate changes the name of it's cuvees every year. Perhaps for kicks but in any case it is what is contained inside that counts. If there was one word to describe this wine it would be simply yummy. The kind of wine that will make you wish you had another bottle to see how it will inevitably develop during the long life ahead of it. Notes of smoky creamed corn, fresh butter and gingery honeycomb.
