Heresztyn Mazzini Gevrey Chambertin Les Jouises 2015

Made with around 50% of the stems, which got properly ripe in 2015, this wine shows the generosity of the vintage with sweet spices, a touch of soy sauce, plush black fruit and a lovely, luxurious sheen of well-integrated oak that gives exotic spices and a delicate sandalwood perfume on the finish. Really superb burgundy from a rising star.
