Mouro Vinha do Mouro Tinto 2017 Alentejo

There's a warmth and generosity of fruit, spice and sunshine to this red from Portugal's southern Alentejo region which is quite irresistible. Based on trinacadeira, which loves a bit of sun, this is full bodied with black fruits and pepper, but without any overt oak. Great for a beef stew or shepherd's pie.
