De La Borde Ploussard Saperlipopette 2021 Jura
Off the back of studying in Bordeaux and Burgundy Julian was 23 when he set up Domaine de la Borde in 2003. Today the 5 hectare estate is fully biodynamic and the wines exude a purity and elegance. If this cuvee name wasn't already a mouthful, fistfuls of comte and cured meat are a must with this juicy ploussard. A native grape to the Jura region, Julians ploussard is vibrant and absolutely delicious. Ripe strawberries and cherries bounce across the palate and rejoice in a lean mineral core.
