The Distillery Special Release for 2022 is matured first in the strong foundations of our ex-rye whiskey casks and finished in a combination of ex-Pedro XimŽnez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks. This whisky boasts hints of peppery spice, almond, nuts and sweet fruit. Natural colour and non-chill filtered.
