Chateau d' Aqueria Rose 2021 Tavel

A lovely, food-friendly rose from Tavel in the southern Rhone, which, incidentally, was famous long before Provence for its pink wines, this has pomegranate and redcurrant flavours, with a full bodied but unoaked palate making it ideal for the food of the Mediterranean, such as a classic salade Nicoise.
