Pavia Grignolino d'Asti 2022 Piedmonte

Grignolino is something of an acquired taste, but we have certainly acquired it. Extremely pale, bursting with mouthwatering acidity and tangy sour cherry and strawberry leaf fruit, this is the perfect picnic red to serve slightly chilled alongside salame and creamy cheeses, or to drink with oily fish like barbequeced mackerel.
