Peter Gierszewski established this small five-hectare estate in 2009. He started from scratch, purchasing old vines and converting an old farmhouse into a cellar and home. From a mosaic of plots from different areas and of varying ages. Gamay is 50% from Beaujolais and 50% from Macon. Hand harvest, Gamay is whole-bunch, Syrah is de-stemmed. Delicate candied cherry meets a subtle lift of violets and smashed blueberries. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, keeping all the glorious juicy goodness inside.
