Peter Gierszewski established this small five-hectare estate in 2009. He started from scratch, purchasing old vines and converting an old farmhouse into a cellar and home. La Potion is a dead ringer, to our palates, for the sought-after cult wines of Yvon Metras in Fleurie, this is supremely soft, silky and translucent with heady wild strawberry fruit and a savoury biscuitiness.
