Rosner Wildrose Gruner Veltliner NV Lot 20/21

From Rosner's youthful range of natural wines, this cuvee brings together two vintages of crisp gruner veltliner. 40% from the 2019 vintage fermented as whole berries for about a week and aged in oak. The rest is from 2020: wholebunch pressed gruner veltliner with a lot of freshness. The wines were blended a few months before bottling, then bottled unfiltered and minimally sulfured.
