Guillaume's top wine is a lush, stunning Burgundy-style chardonnay. Not quite tropical but certainly sumptuous, stonefruity, nutty, buttery, yet still poised between freshness and expansive richness. A steal for the price, this compares very favourably to top Cote de Beaune appellations, with bottle age to boot.
