Chateau Moulin de Peyronin Bordeaux Blanc 2022 ORG

A lovely summery Bordeaux blanc made of 40% SŽmillon, 45% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Sauvignon Gris. The wine manages to be fresh and aromatic without being overly sharp. Sage, gooseberry and lemon balm mingle on the nose while the palate is textured and finishes with a mellow note of white peach. Perfect for oily fish like salmon, mackerel or sardines, preferably grilled on the barbecue.
