Raventos de Nit Rose 2017 Catalunya

Another masterclass in the wine formerly known as Cava, the Raventos i Blanc rose is a ravishingly delicate colour with notes of raspberry and strawberry, a dry and yet surprisingly soft and cashmerey palate. A blends of the local white grapes with monastrell grown on clay-loam soils, and extra brut in style.
