Raventos i Blanc De Nit Rose 2020 Penedes Catalunya

Another masterclass in the wine formerly known as Cava, the Raventos i Blanc rose is a ravishingly delicate colour with notes of raspberry and strawberry, a dry and yet surprisingly soft and cashmerey palate. A blend of the local white grapes with gutsy red monastrell grown on clay-loam soils, and extra brut in style, it has a lovely savouriness despite its paleness.
