The Juice Asylum Terzo Grado 2020 Tuscany

A juicy, friendly, low-intervention sangiovese that could be served a little cool alongside any number of tomato pasta dishes, this is made from biodynamic fruit sourced through Tuscan big guns Avignonesi. Mainly sangiovese with around 15% merlot in the mix, it is nicely balanced and very drinkable. The name means 'the third degree', a reference to the interrogation of the quality of the fruit that goes into the wine, which varies year to year.
