The Kernel Foeder Beer 330ml

Continuing The Kernel's experimentation with two oak foeders, The Foeder Beer is fermented in oak vat with a blend of Kernel's house mixed fermentation culture and Belgian saison yeasts, then dry-hopped with a small amount of Taiheke hops. It is slightly tart, with a gentle acidity, notes of cucumber, wild fruit and a herbal touch with some complex brettanomyces lingering in the background.
