The Kernel BRETTED PALE 330ml Bermondsey

A rebrew with the last edition from 9 years ago, Brett Pale Ale gets a 2021 treatment, with a tweaked recipe and a bit more Kernel knowledge of what brettanomyces yeast can do. The initial yeast pitch was a bit lower to leave some fermentables for the brett to munch on. A three-stage dry hop during a very long three month fermentation (Citra and Wakatu hops) gives enough hoppiness to balance with the extra character from the brett. The result is a citrusy, zesty and slightly wild Pale. A firm Kernel favourite!
