Friday 20th May, 8pm
As the temperature starts to rise, red wines, like humans, benefit from a little bit of time to cool down. We adore the fresh kiss of a wine plucked from the depths of a cool cellar, or indeed the fridge, revitalising, refreshing and moreish. With a little bit of a chill, red wines that might taste soupy, stewed or boozy suddenly become composed and delightful. However, not all wines suit this treatment and this tasting will start you in the right direction when it comes to the right reds to put in the chill.
