We don't quite have the weather yet for the poolside pinks of Provence, so our tasting tonight is focussing on darker, richer dry roses that suit food. These are ideally suited to early summer barbeques and form a versatile match to a wide variety of dishes. Despite misconceptions, colour doesn't really tell you anything about how dry or sweet a rose is, and all of tonight's bottles are robust, dry pinks that acquire their darker colour naturally. Prepare the mezze and join us to discover some of the most delicious and individual wines on our shelves!
