Refunds & Exchanges

We are happy to refund, credit or replace goods that fail to meet your expectation. 

Cancelling or Amending your Order

You are entitled to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of goods. A full refund, excluding return postage and packaging, will be given upon receipt of a written cancellation request. All goods should be returned to us in good condition. Refunds will be processed with 30 days. As long as your order has not been processed, you can amend part or all of it.

Incorrect Goods

Please notify us within seven working days of delivery should we deliver incorrect goods. In the event of incorrect goods having been delivered, we offer a refund or replacement on return (at our expense) of the goods in question.

We provide a replacement or full refund for goods damaged in delivery. Please call, e-mail or write to us within three working days of delivery.

Faulty Bottles

Wine is a natural, organic product and as such no two bottles are the same. While some bottle variation becomes clear over a wine's lifetime, if you have a faulty bottle we will be happy to return it on the condition that the bottle is returned to the store for a member of staff to assess.

Faulty bottles include:

  • wines which are affected by TCA/cork taint
  • wines which are prematurely oxidised
  • wines which are excessively reductive
  • wines which cannot be opened or have packaging defects

Faulty bottles can be refunded or exchanged to the same value as was originally paid. Please ensure you bring your receipt as proof of purchase otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.

If a wine is not faulty but you didn't enjoy it, please tell us and we will try to make sure you get something more enjoyable next time. The more feedback we have about what you like or dislike, the easier it is for us to understand your tastes and recommend wines we think you will like.
