The southernmost of Beaujolais top cru vineyards, Brouilly is often the fruitiest of the 10 villages. This is true here too, but in the hands of a natural wine master like Lapalu there is also petrichor, granite and cool earthiness alongside the overflowing juciness of blackberry and blueberry.
