Mezan Dominican Republic 2012

Made in a traditional Spanish style with pasteurised sugar cane juice, this is aged for 10 years in ex bourbon casks resulting in ripe and juicy notes of golden sultana, orange blossoms with vanilla and coconut softness. A touch of sea salted caramel and muscovado with a suggestion of tobacco smoke round off the finish making this smoothly moreish and refined.
