A classic three-way blend of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier, this is nonetheless not your average champagne. Biodynamically certified for a start, it is made with a whopping 50% reserve wines which add a gingernut spiciness and richness. Complex, outre and delicious, this is bottled with zero dosage, giving a powerful but uncompromising champagne of great intensity.
