With a minimum ageing period of five years on the lees, this traditional method sparkling wine from Catalunyan pioneers Recaredo is a 50/50 blend of xarello and macabeo with mushroom, dried orchard fruit and a delicate note of anise coming through on a palate that has the biscuittty richness of lees ageing.
