Gusbourne Brut Rose 2018 Kent

The rose from Gusbourne gets better every year. It is based in a blend of the three Champagne grapes with a higher proportion of Pinot Noir. This translates to pudding fruits, before a delicate biscuitty richness takes over and lengthens out the finish. Seamlessly elegant stuff, with exquisitely fine bubbles. If Chanel made sparkling wine it would probably taste like this.
