The Hermit Ram Field Blend 2021 New Zealand

This literal field blend is exact proportions of the grapes produced by The Hermit Ram. Despite being no less than 40% white grapes (Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer), this still expresses a bit like a Pinot Noir but with extra black fruit juiciness from it's Cabernet Sauvignon. All of the grapes go under natural fermentation for 6 weeks, but despite also being bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulphur, it finishes suprisingly clean and refreshing. We love it!
