Raventos i Blanc Xarello del Noguer 2017 Penedes

Made with ceramic amphora, old oak, and 30 days of skin contact, we're confident the wine will blow you away, just as it did us on a recent visit to Raventos sparkling estate. Expect quintessentially Mediterranean herbal flavours of pine and oregano, a wealth of yellow apple, lemon peel, grainy pear and cantaloupe melon, before layers of smoky sesame and a savoury dried thyme flavour to finish. Made with as little intervention as possible in the winery, this is a new benchmark for Catalan whites and a wine we are proud to have on the shelf.
