Founded in 1964 by Vincenzo Toffoli, this estate has been a favourite of ours for many years. Made in the traditional, frizzante style that's less fizzy than, say, Champagne, the Toffoli family have focussed on quality and consistency. Expect delicate orchard blossom, juicy pears and attractive overall balance in this great little party fizz.
