Clementi Valpolicella Superiore 2019 Veneto

A classic blend of corvina, rondinella and molinara, this spends time in large oak casks before bottling, and is a little riper, less herbaceous and with a softer, riper dried cherry profile compared to the Classico, but also clocks in at a well-behaved 13%. Ideal with tomatoes and lighter red meat dishes.
