Chateau Moulin de Peyronin Orange du Moulin 2021 ORG

This elegant take on orange wine from Entre-deux-Meurs is a true gastronomic treat, made from 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Sauvignon Gris, grown biodynamically by Franck and Veronique Terral. The use of skin contact changes between vintages, and the 2021 is a blend of one batch with twenty-eight days and one with nine months of maceration. Lots of citrus, apricots and gentle tannins on the palate, this goes beautifully with goat cheese and provencal herbs.
