Wonderfully vivid, round and spicy, this has all the aromatic flamboyance of the grape without the cloying, bath bomb perfume that it can sometimes suffer from. A great pairing for rabbit, cold game and terrines, the sweet aromatics giving real lift and the dry finish digestibility to this typically Alsatian white.
