A luscious dessert wine from late harvested Pinot Gris from the grand cru vineyards of Kirschberg de Barr in the North of Alsace. Notes of gingerbread and confit apricot give this a sweet-spicy richness and the finish is long, gentle and melifluous. Perfect for foie gras or an apricot tart.
