Terra de Marca Lot: 2017 Spain

A beautiful Spanish fizz straight out the top draw. Elegant, and refined, the sort of wine that would fit right in to any 3 star restaurant in the world. Rich yet fresh with generous aromas of freshly baked sourdough, almond-y gorse flowers, a lick of oak, with a slightly salty finish. Incredible value.
